Kings vs Pelicans Game Postponed

Wednesday night’s Sacramento Kings vs New Orleans Pelicans game has been postponed after Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert tested positive for coronavirus.
Just seconds before tip-off in Oklahoma City, the Thunder & Utah Jazz were told to head to the locker room and their game was postponed. Less than an hour later, the news about Gobert broke.
While other games around the NBA were played, Sacramento’s game was also postponed just minutes before it began after it was revealed that an official, Courtney Kirkland, worked the Jazz’s most recent game on Monday night.
The Sacramento Kings were prepared to play the game, participating in shootaround until the postponement announcement. The Pelicans were not out on the floor, and reportedly were the ones who pushed for the game to be stopped.
