Golden 1 Center is known as one of the loudest NBA arenas, providing the Sacramento Kings with an ideal home-court advantage. But providing for those fans is also essential, with food and drinks being a staple.

Baxter conducted a study to determine which stadiums around the league have the best and worst food comparatively. Their rankings accounted for the number of concession stands per 10,000 seats, concession stands per 100,000 square feet, the price per ounce of beer, hotdog prices, and positive sentiment.

Here are the statistics in each of those categories for Golden 1 Center.

  • Concessions Stands per 10,000 seats: 2.44
  • Concession Stands per 100,000 sqft: 10.79
  • Price of Beer of ounce of beer: $0.65
  • Hotdog Price: $5.25
  • Positive Sentiment: 56/100

Golden 1 Center ranked 17th among NBA arenas in the accumulative final formula, between Fiserv Forum and Wells Fargo Center.

When is the next Sacramento Kings game?

Sacramento will finish this tough two-game trip on Friday night when they face the Western Conference’s top seed, the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Kings have split the first two matchups against Minnesota this season, with the road teams winning each matchup thus far. On November 24th, Sacramento handed the Wolves their first home loss behind a significant effort from De’Aaron Fox (36 points, seven rebounds, 12 assists).

In the most recent meeting between the two West foes on December 23rd, Minnesota defeated the Kings by a final of 110-98 at Golden 1 Center.
