The young big will look elsewhere in free-agency, ending his time in Sacramento

According to our very own Carmichael Dave, free-agent forward Harry Giles III will not be returning to the Sacramento Kings, per sources that have knowledge of the situation.

Giles was beloved by the fans and community in Sacramento and will be missed immensely.

The 22-year-old averaged 6.9 points and 4.1 rebounds per game while shooting 55-percent from the field last season.

Former general manager Vlade Divac declined the fourth-year option ($4 million) on Giles’ contract last October, signaling the beginning of the end for the former Duke Blue Devil’s time with the organization.

That signal now appears to become a reality, with all signs pointing to Giles leaving Sacramento.
