Can the Sacramento Kings find any consistency this season? Sean Cunningham thinks this is just who this team is.

FOX40’s Sean Cunningham joined Stiles & Watkins Tuesday to discuss the Kings’ loss to the short-handed Miami Heat Monday. He also broke down what’s next for this team, and areas of improvement as they try to make the 2024 postseason. Also, a little bit of SF Giants talk with baseball season around the corner.

All that and more on Sactown Sports.

“I mean it’s a part of their identity,” Sean Cunningham said Tuesday. “It’s kind of worn out this whole slogan that you could probably put on a t-shirt, that says ‘they’re good enough to beat anybody, but bad enough to lose to anybody at any given night.’ And anyone who’s acting surprised by it, just really doesn’t watch the team. They’re just so locked into this roller coaster that is this season where you’re really riding the ups and downs.”

Other topics discussed included:

  • Sean’s thoughts on the SF Giants’ expectations this season
  • Why are the Kings so inconsistent this season?
  • What makes this Heat team so different to beat?
  • What do the Kings need to fix down the stretch of the regular season?
  • Was Keegan Murray’s performance encouraging?
  • What does Mike Brown need to do to fix the inconsistency?
